Graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a specialist in Consumer Law from Universidade de São Paulo. Before co- founding Odivellas Advogados, he worked in one of the most prestigious and largest Brazilian law firms and worked in the Capital Market area at Fahnestock Co. in New York, currently Oppenheimer & Co.

Luiz Eduardo de Odivellas - Partner

Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, with a master’s degree from Universidade de São Paulo in Civil Law. He worked in two of the largest and most prestigious Brazilian law firms before co-founding Odivellas Advogados in 2004. He also worked in New York as a financial analyst at Swiss Bank Corporation (currently “UBS”) and Lehmann Brothers, in New York, USA.

Fellipe Mansur – Partner

Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUCMG). Post-graduated in Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUCMG) with published articles and extensive experience in litigation and preventive law practice. He has already worked as a teaching tutor at PUCMG (external selection through exams) for the disciplines of Civil Procedural Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Environmental Law and General Theory of Law. He also has experience acting as a member of a permanent bidding commission, preparing public bidding notices and coordinating public hearings in a federal autarchy, as well as researchers with scholarship approved by FAPEMIG (awarded as an academic highlight for best published article). During his undergraduate studies he also worked as a monitor with scholarship (approved in a specific contest) for the subjects of General Theory of Procedure, Civil Procedural Law I, II, and III at PUCMG; worked as a trainee in a Civil Judge’s Office at the Minas Gerais Court of Justice (TJMG) (assisting in the preparation of judgments); worked as a trainee in the Legal Department of a State Secretary’s Office; internally worked as a trainee in a law firm in the consulting and litigation sectors; worked as a conciliator (civil and criminal) in the Special Court of Minas Gerais. Lawyer approved in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Unified Examination with 96% in the practical-professional test in Civil Law and Civil Procedure.

Felipe Versiani Gandolfo - Collaborator

Graduated in Law from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado - FAAP in 2008 and Post Graduated in 2012 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica - PUC/ SP in Corporate Law, having his academic graduation in Corporate Law and Contracts.

Murilo Sanches Rosa - Collaborator

Graduated in Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas - FMU in 2016, with extensive experience in national and international business/corporate legalization, such as registrations of incorporation/ dissolution/ amendment of articles of incorporation, obtaining Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registration (CNPJ) for foreign legal entities, obtaining Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF) for foreign individuals, obtaining business license, legalizations before the Internal Revenue Service and the Central Bank of Brazil (modules RDE-IED, RDE-ROF, RDE-CDNR, among others).
